What is EB-5 Investment Immigration?

This is a program to acquire permanent residency by investing a certain amount of money in regional center projects designated by the U.S. government and creating employment for 10 or more people. There are no qualification requirements regarding age, experience, education, or English proficiency, and anyone can apply as long as they can prove a legitimate source of funding.
