Program Overview
The Malta Permanent Residency Program (MPRP) is an Investment-Based Immigration system that allows people to obtain permanent residency through paying government contributions and renting (or purchasing) real estate.
It is the only program in Europe that uses English as its official language, which is very advantageous for children's education. In particular, it is the only program in which four generations (main applicant, spouse, children, parents, and grandparents) can obtain permanent residencyat the same time.

- 부동산 조건: 연간 임대료 1만 유로 이상 (몰타 남부/고조섬 기준) * 5년 유지
- 특징: 부동산을 구매하지 않아도 되므로 초기 자본금 부담이 적습니다.
Option B: Real estate purchase details
- 정부 기부금: 2만 8천 유로 (약 4,000만 원) - 임대 대비 3만 유로 절감
- 행정 수수료: 4만 유로 (신청 시 일부 납부)
- 자선 기부: 2천 유로 (몰타 NGO 단체 기부)
- 부동산 조건: 30만 유로 이상 부동산 구매 (몰타 남부/고조섬 기준) * 5년 유지
- Features: The initial cost is high, but it is possible to recover the principal and make a profit by selling it after 5 years.
※ 공통 필수 요건: 총 자산 50만 유로(그 중 금융 자산 15만 유로) 이상 증빙이 필요합니다.
Procedure (Timeline)
자산 증빙 서류 준비 및 이민국(RMA) 신청서 접수
이민국 심사 통과 후 승인서 수령
기부금 납부, 부동산 계약 후 몰타 방문하여 지문 등록
최종 영주권 증서 및 카드 발급 (유효기간 5년)
