Among the clients going through
the NIW process with Success Immigration,
one client received, on
August 29, 2022,
a notice to pay the Immigration Visa Fee,
and we would like
to share that here.

When the I-140 (immigrant petition) is approved,
you receive an I-797C notice
confirming the petition approval, and
the process then moves
from the USCIS stage
to the National Visa Center (NVC) stage
of the process.

Also, when you are residing
outside the United States,
you receive a
visa fee payment notice
for the visa application,
and this notice
is called the LIVAOS Notice.

Only after the visa fee is paid
does the page open on the NVC site
allowing you to complete
the DS-260 form
online.

At this point, in order for the page
for completing the DS-260 to open,
a visa fee of USD 345 must be paid.

Also, if you look at the LIVAOS notice,
it also sets out the list of required documents
as shown below.



So
at the DS-260 stage as well,
preparing the documents thoroughly
and accurately
is truly important.
