Dear our client Kim XX,
Congratulations on your permanent residency approval.
Hello. This is MCC, the People Who Lead Success.
Today we bring you news of a client who received permanent residency approval in the EB-3 category, the third preference for U.S. employment-based immigration.
Our client Kim XX went through the process from within Korea, and the timeline up to permanent residency approval is as follows.

Client Kim XX permanent residency approval visa
Our client Kim XX filed the employment-based immigration application with the U.S. Department of Labor on September 23, 2019 and received approval on June 30, 2020. The immigrant petition was then filed with USCIS and approved after a review period of just two months.
After the DS-260 application through the National Visa Center, the client attended the embassy interview on April 4, 2022 and received final U.S. permanent residency approval on April 5, 2022.
The Visa Packet sent to us by our client
Once permanent residency approval is confirmed, you receive a Visa Packet from the embassy within a week. This envelope must not be opened; it has to be handed to the officer at U.S. immigration inspection. After completing all of these steps and entering the United States, you normally receive your permanent resident card (green card) by mail within 30 days, which completes the entire employment-based immigration process.
Once again, our sincere congratulations to our client on the permanent residency approval!
And well done to the MCC processing team!
EB-3, the third preference for U.S. employment-based immigration, is divided into three branches: Professional, Skilled and Unskilled. The professional track requires at least a four-year bachelor degree, the skilled track requires at least two years of specialized experience, and the unskilled track has application requirements that call for no particular experience or education.
