[U.S. Immigration] Announcing an NIW I-140 Approval~

Published: 2021.05.31
Hello, this is MCC, the People Who Lead Success.

Not long ago, happy news reached us at MCC.
Our client NIW I-140 had been approved. Even with USCIS processing times somewhat delayed by COVID recently, our client filed on May 1, 2020 and the approval was confirmed on April 20, 2021, in a little under a year.

Congratulations! :)

Approval came this quickly because the client met the qualifications for NIW approval in full, and because MCC supported the case without a gap.

The client in this case holds a doctorate in engineering and was serving as an IT professor.
The client is also active as a member and officer of well-known academic societies, and provided grounds to demonstrate the applicant expertise from many angles through papers, patents, books, research, projects and awards.
At MCC, the People Who Lead Success, we drafted a persuasive petition letter that proved the client expertise and capability, and through that effort we successfully secured the USCIS approval.

NIW (National Interest Waiver) grants advanced professionals who serve the national interest of the United States an exemption from the job offer and labor certification process. Because of this, NIW can proceed faster than other immigration programs and grants U.S. permanent residency even without ongoing employment in the United States.
Because of these advantages, the number of highly educated professionals seeking U.S. permanent residency through NIW has been growing rapidly. However, NIW approval rests on a careful examination and assessment of how much the applicant can contribute to areas such as U.S. economic development, improved wages and working conditions for workers, or improvements in healthcare.
In other words, the applicant must actively prove expertise in the relevant field and make a convincing case that his or her ability benefits the national interest of the United States.

In this process,
the help of a specialist with rich experience and know-how
is essential.

Building on a wide range of approved cases, MCC, the People Who Lead Success, guides clients to U.S. immigration without failure, from NIW eligibility assessment through immigration consulting by Ivy League-trained U.S. attorneys and our processing team.
