These are clients ### and ###, who filed their LC on April 7, 2023.
Final LC approval came on April 29, 2024, and they are now in the I-140 stage.

On average, it takes about a year from LC filing to approval.
Recently, however, there are often cases where it takes more than a year from LC filing to approval.

so processing times are getting longer these days!

we recommend not delaying your LC filing while you deliberate, but taking your place in the LC filing queue as early as possible.
